GREEN HOME TOUR
Planning Meeting Present: Trilety Wade (GNC), Tim Hemsath (Flatwater), Cammy Watkins, Shelagh Keleyhers, Rita Corell, Cynthia Shuck, Krissy Harbert.

June 17th - graphic design draft due - sponsors identified
1. Identified next phase of planning, approved graphics, and established coordinators to divide and conquer!
Volunteer Coordinator: Cammy Watkins
- tentative volunteer meeting, August 27th afternoon. All house volunteers meet to get general training and then go to each house to review script and lean what is expected by each home owner.
Media Coordinator: Teresa Gleason
- lead contact and coordination of event dissemination and advertising. Working on developing a Media Sponsor for the event, in discussion with the Reader.
Sponsorship Coordinator:
- develop list of potential sponsors to contact after marketing package has been completed. DUE June 17th
Graphic Design: Krissy Harbert & Tim Hemsath
- combine graphical style with Fact Sheet and include logos for GOC approval and marketing package. DUE June 17th.
2. Reviewed homes, tour schedule/agenda, identified home tour site managers for each home.

3. Identified free items and grand prize giveway for each home and the possible sponsors to solicit to provide items.
